For the time being, Ballard will operate at the existing location located at 222 Frontage Road, Manchester, New Hampshire while plans are made to build a new, state of the art facility in the region.
“Our future plans include a new facility to be opened within 3 years and will be between the Manchester and Concord, New Hampshire area.” said John Picking, President. “We look forward to servicing both existing and new customers at the Manchester location. We have assembled a great team there, retaining existing employees with many years of Mack and Volvo Trucks experience.”
Ballard will offer Mack and Volvo sales, commercial truck service, and parts for not only Mack and Volvo – but for their existing product lines such Road Choice® Truck Parts, an all-makes aftermarket brand.
Director of Parts and Service for the company, Andrew Hinc, noted that Ballard’s parts inventory across New England exceeds 8 million dollars. “Beyond our OEMs, we stock numerous aftermarket brands like the newly refreshed Road Choice® line of all-makes truck parts to help service any truck make or model at a fair and competitive price.” said Hinc. “If you need a critical part for your truck, our team will get it to you as soon as possible with free, daily, and personal delivery anywhere in our service areas.
The location in Manchester will officially open as Ballard Truck Center on August 29, 2022.
